About The Position

The Private Wealth Management Banking Products Partner manages strategic banking processes, initiatives and new product development. This role is responsible for implementing business-wide strategic improvement initiatives for Private Wealth Management (PWM) Banking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Business, Finance or a related field
  • Ten (10) years of relevant banking experience

  • Previous Commercial Underwriting experience
  • Proven experience leading workstreams and process improvements
  • Knowledge of lending regulatory requirements for commercial and consumer lending

Responsibilities

  • Supports PWM Banking Products and Development Manager on strategic banking initiatives, product development, ad hoc analysis to improve profitability, growth, delivery, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leads banking process workstreams to ensure differentiation, innovation, efficiency, effectiveness, channel readiness and goals are met
  • Creates white papers by conducting industry research on products and segmentation strategies, competitors, risk structures, and bank portfolio analysis and market opportunities
  • Proactively establish and monitor pricing for loans less than $1.0mm to ensure financial metrics are obtained
  • Assesses the financial impact of all modernization activities
  • Utilizes loan level data to identify opportunities, risks and make recommendations
  • Identifies and mitigates risk for banking products to include fielding questions and participating in line of business and bank committees
  • Serves as subject matter expert with Technology, data analytics and Consumer Product teams across the organization to ensure product parameters and risk tolerance levels are identified, prioritized and automated as appropriate.
  • Provides guidance and support on government, risk management, and compliance (GRC) product management activities
  • Develops strong collaboration with internal partners across the organization to ensure service level agreements are met and strong partnerships are developed and leveraged.
  • Coordinates regulatory examinations, uploading documents, communication, and organization
  • Prepares detailed presentations to support banking across the enterprise
  • Collaborates with senior leadership, legal, and auditors
