Roklyn is working with an RIA in San Francisco that has done things their own way for over 50 years. Their clients hear plain English, honest answers, and a long-term plan they can actually understand. They're looking to add someone to the team, and they're open to hiring at either the associate level or as a senior wealth advisor level. The firm's investment philosophy is buy and hold. If you believe in that approach and can explain it calmly to a client during a rough market, you'll fit right in. Assets are custodied at Schwab. This role is about people. Communication and client relationships come before everything else. You'll be in client meetings, at client lunches and dinners, and on the phone with the families the firm has served for years, sometimes decades. This is not a business development or sales role, and it's not a fit for someone who wants to spend their days prospecting. The firm wants someone who builds trust, remembers what matters to each client, and makes people feel well cared for. Confidence matters here. You should be comfortable speaking up in a meeting, answering a client's question directly, and owning your recommendations. The team is small and the structure is flat. Your input is wanted, and you'll wear many hats instead of being boxed into one narrow job. The firm understands that learning this business takes time. No credentials are required to apply. If you don't yet hold the CFP®, CFA, Series 7, or Series 65 please still apply.
