About The Position
InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients’ private homes and community pools within their local area and surrounding cities. InstaSwim supplies client opportunities, while instructors choose their clients, preferred travel radius, and schedule. Instructors can receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson. The company provides general liability coverage and covers the cost of the background check. Instructors may begin teaching within 24–48 hours after the interview, depending on onboarding. InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company serving clients in major cities across the United States. It provides personalized swim instruction to people of different ages and skill levels, supported by a dedicated support staff.
Requirements
- At least two years of swim instruction experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain them.
- Reliable transportation.
- Swim instruction equipment, if needed.
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the United States.
- Professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
- Confidence creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
- Must pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Conduct private one-to-one and small-group swim lessons.
- Schedule lessons flexibly.
- Travel safely to and from clients’ pool locations.
- Create lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
- Assess students’ skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to student and client needs.
- Provide a fun, comprehensive, and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
- Ensure student safety at all times.
