About The Position

MNT Pilates classes are known as the best in the business. The MNT Method fuses classical Pilates with an athletic, form-focused approach to improve strength, mobility, and mindfulness. MNTSTUDIO is dedicated to building an inclusive community for our clients, offering a range of services in a beautiful downtown Palo Alto Studio aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being. The ideal candidate is a passionate Pilates enthusiast deeply committed to wellness and fitness, believing strongly in the mind-body connection. They excel in a community-oriented environment, inspiring and motivating others to achieve personal goals. They are always looking to level up their skills, thriving in a collaborative team that's constantly growing and evolving, as the best instructors never stop learning. This role requires a renowned program certification (i.e., Balanced Body, Stott, etc.) and does not require MNT Instructor Certification, though the option to take MNT certification training is available.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading group fitness classes and/or Private Instruction on the Reformer
• A love for movement, Pilates, the MNT brand, and motivating others to feel their best!
• A desire to teach Pilates private and semi-private sessions that are athletic, creative, and full of energy, all while keeping things grounded in the classic principles of alignment, precision, and flow—whether you're already a pro or ready to dive into the world of Pilates!
• Willingness to receive coaching, constructive feedback, and mentoring
• Available to teach afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends
• Must be available to teach at least 4 sessions per week
• Punctual, reliable, team player, enthusiastic, and personable
• A renowned program certification is required (i.e. Balanced Body, Stott, etc)
