The Private Owner Housekeeping role is a fast-paced position responsible for maintaining privately owned homes on property. This team helps ensure homes are well cared for and maintained according to established standards and owner preferences. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience with cleaning and understanding of standards
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel environment
- Must be able to effectively communicate with other team members, guest, and managers
- Basic knowledge and understanding of math
- Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
- Must be able to be on feet for a long period
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle or golf cart
Responsibilities
- Must be detail-oriented in all cleaning aspects
- Bring laundry to the warehouse for pick up by the laundry facility
- Vehicle maintenance – ensure golf carts and vans are cleaned out at the end of each shift and, when applicable, plugged in or prepared for the next shift.
- Notify Owners Administrator and/or Leadership and Maintenance of any issues immediately
- Check rooms for final inspection after he/she has cleaned
- Prepared to assist with cleaning and laundering duties as needed to support daily operations, if needed
