STXZ is hiring experienced lacrosse coaches to join the nation's #1 private lacrosse training marketplace. You run your own independent coaching business, and STXZ brings you local clients. STXZ is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches across the United States. We're the marketplace that sends you clients in your area, handles the administrative work, and gets out of your way so you can coach. Requirements

• Experienced lacrosse coaches
• Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
• Willingness to complete a background check
• Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
• Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes

Responsibilities

• Operate as a 1099 independent contractor, a business owner, not an employee.
• Review Client Offers sent by STXZ and decide whether to accept them.
• Contact the client directly within 24 hours of accepting an offer.
• Agree on schedule and location with the client.
• Run the session using your professional judgment for drills, pacing, and structure.
• Submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session.
• Complete a background check before receiving full client details.
• Ensure you have your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids.
• Maintain strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
• Ensure legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor.
• Demonstrate professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes.
