You run the sessions. STXZ is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches across the United States. We send you clients in your area, handle the administrative work, and get out of your way so you can coach. If you have lacrosse experience and want coaching work on a flexible schedule, this is for you. When a family near Boulder requests lessons through STXZ, we send you a client offer with the details. You review it and decide whether to take it. No quotas, no pressure, no penalty for declining. When you accept, you contact the client directly within 24 hours, and you and the client agree on schedule and location: their home, a local field, a park, your call. You run the session your way. Drills, pacing, and structure are your professional judgment. You submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session, and you get paid. Requirements

Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at the high school varsity, club, college, or professional level
18 or older
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Willing to complete a third-party background check, arranged by STXZ, before receiving full client details
Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
Your own stick and basic training equipment: cones, balls, training aids
Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes

Responsibilities

Contact the client directly within 24 hours of accepting an offer.
Agree on schedule and location with the client.
Run the session using your professional judgment for drills, pacing, and structure.
Submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session.
Manage your own coaching methods, taxes, and scheduling as an independent contractor.

Benefits

Rates are set by STXZ, vary by market and demand, and are confirmed in writing before your first lesson.
Payout within 24 to 48 hours after you submit your lesson briefing, via PayPal.
1099-NEC issued at year end if you earn $2,000 or more through the platform.

Set your own travel radius, from a few miles to 35 or more.
Decide what equipment to bring to each session.
Client acquisition handled by STXZ.
Matching to local client offers handled by STXZ.
Payment processing handled by STXZ.
Billing, refunds, and disputes handled by STXZ's support team.
Active coaches are enrolled in STXZ's platform liability coverage program for sessions booked through STXZ.
The liability coverage program fee is $30 per year, with $0 down; nothing is due to get started. The fee is recovered from your first lesson payout once you start coaching.
