Key Outcomes (12–18 months) Launch 3–5 new/renovated private brand SKUs in roofing under TopShield (or successor brands) with targeted gross margin uplift of 200–300 bps. Improve SKU productivity: rationalize bottom-quartile items; achieve ≥15% YoY revenue growth in prioritized categories. Establish supplier scorecards and dual-sourcing strategies that reduce COGS variance by ≥5% while maintaining quality. Implement data-driven price ladders and value tiers that increase win rate versus national brands, documented via quarterly business reviews.
