About The Position

Presidio Wealth Partners, an advisory practice of Hightower, provides investment management and advisory services to wealthy individuals and business owners. Presidio manages $3 billion of assets, with approximately $1 billion in alternative investments, offering an outsourced family office experience. The firm focuses on asset management and customized financial planning solutions. Presidio is a team of 20 employees, including 8 advisors and 12 support staff. They offer investment, financial, and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations, and family offices, along with 401(k) consulting and cash management for corporations. Hightower provides capital solutions and operational support, enabling independent wealth advisors like Presidio to grow and help clients achieve their financial goals. Presidio operates as a registered investment advisor (RIA) and is based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S. This specific position is located in Houston, TX, and requires the employee to be in the office 5 days a week.

Requirements

• Impeccable organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter that will take initiative and does not need to wait for instruction.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with private investments is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and oversight of reporting for the alternative investment book of business.
• Audit and manage fund data entered into Black Diamond.
• Work closely with the SS&C Accord reporting team, investment sponsors, and Black Diamond.
• Compile specific customized reports for a selection of the largest clients.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Private Investment Operations Manager or Director of Private Investments.
