Private Investigator / SIU Fraud Investigator
About The Position
Seeking a motivated person (experienced or entry level) to investigate the facts surrounding insurance claims. Full-time positions are available in Dade and Broward Counties, Florida. The role involves a combination of working from home and local field work within Dade & Broward County. The company offers extensive training for entry-level applicants, including Florida notary certification, PI course, and Florida PI license. Experienced investigators should have experience in conducting various types of investigations such as research, criminal, civil & social media background investigations, recorded statements, scene investigations, and locates. Approximately 70 percent of the time is dedicated to desktop investigations and 30 percent to local field work.

- For entry level position, applicant must have demonstrated an interest in the Private Investigative field (Criminal Justice Degree, Adjuster, Paralegal, Military, Journalism, or related field)
- For experienced investigators, experience in conducting one or more of the following: research, criminal, civil & social media background investigations, recorded statements, scene investigations & locates
Responsibilities
- Conduct Backgrounds (social media, asset, criminal & civil)
- Perform Desktop research (in-depth claims investigations)
- Take Recorded statements (In-person & phone)
- Conduct Locates
- Perform Accident scene investigations
- Notarization of documents
- Produce accurate, timely and detailed reports
- Flexibility to work varied/irregular hours and some weekends
