About The Position
In Home Caregiver – Always Best Care Location: Round Rock, TX (Serving Williamson County & North Travis County) Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour (depending upon experience) Make a Meaningful Difference Every Day: Are you a compassionate and dedicated caregiver who wants to help seniors live safely and independently at home? Always Best Care is hiring InHome Caregivers to support clients throughout Williamson County and North Travis County. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional care, we’d love to meet you.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional caregiver (home care, assisted living, or similar) experience
- Ability to assist with daily living tasks while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle + auto insurance
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- A genuine commitment to improving the lives of seniors

Responsibilities
- Assistance with daily living activities (meal prep, bathing, dressing, mobility support)
- Light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean home environment
- Companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Monitoring client well being and reporting changes to the care team
