About The Position

Eenhoorn, LLC is a privately-owned real estate investment and management company headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI, with numerous apartment communities throughout the country. The company has approximately 200 employees and aims to acquire, transform, and manage properties in the US and Europe. This immediate opening is for a reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Housekeeper for the owner’s homes, located in Saugatuck, Michigan & Ada, Michigan. This is a Full-Time position working approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

• Valid driver’s license for transportation between homes and for running errands, as needed.

• Previous experience in the housekeeping or related area preferred

Responsibilities

• General cleaning and upkeep of the home to include kitchen, bedrooms, living areas and bathrooms.
• Ability to perform grocery shopping as needed.
• May be asked to make other errands as needed during the work shift.
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, counter tops, and sinks
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area
• Making beds and changing linens
• Washing windows
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
• Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors
• Sorting, washing, loading, unloading and folding laundry
• Ironing clothing items
• Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools
• Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies
• Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
• Steaming and cleaning draperies
• Washing blinds
• Tidying up rooms
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
• Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements
• Perform other job duties & tasks as requested by home owners.
