Requirements

• 6 years or more of experience at a top-tier law firm in the formation and operation of private funds (e.g., private equity, venture capital, credit, impact, real estate), as well as other types of limited partnerships, limited liability companies and joint ventures.
• Ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
• Eagerness to grow professionally.
• Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or eligible to waive in.
