About The Position
The Oconomowoc Lake Club is looking for event bartenders to join our team. Our ideal candidate is reliable, honest, productive, polite, fun and organized. The 5 Ps of bartending, generally defined as Preparation, Precision, Presentation, Personality, and Professionalism, are key principles to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction. Mastering these skills—from organization to personal flair—is crucial for crafting high-quality cocktails and creating an enjoyable experience.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge on serving, mixing, garnishing of standard drinks
- Above and beyond communication skills with both coworkers and guests
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar
- Bar training certificate
Nice To Haves
- Bartending experience not required, but a plus
Responsibilities
- Preparing beverages for guests in a timely manner
- Interacting with guests in a pleasant manner
- Checking guests' identifications to make sure they meet minimum age requirements
- Maintaining a clean bar and workspace
- Restocking the bar
