About The Position

National role to manage the day to day in the Private Equity contractor channel (mainly residential AOR focused). Work with principals and staff of PE firms to establish our brand strategies, pricing, and programs in order to maximize our position due to acquisitions in a given marketplace. Continue to focus on inverter technology within the PE channel and Daikin’s Fusion goals to achieve #1 in North America. Work with the various divisions and corporate departments in the US to establish onboarding, program utilization, local support, and SOW achievement. Nature & Scope: Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvements Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business Contributes to the development of functional strategy Leads teams or projects with broad visibility to achieve milestones and objectives Typically operates with broad latitude in a complex environment

Requirements

  • Demonstrated Sales and Negotiation Skills, preferably in a services-driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven sales ability at all levels within an organization.
  • Extensive use of all MS suite of products.

Responsibilities

  • Sales efforts to achieve budgetary goals, revenue guidelines for the assigned Market Segment.
  • Solicit new and existing PE accounts to meet/exceed goals through multiple sources( Zooms, in person meetings)
  • Participate in weekly business review meeting, pre- meetings, training and other sales-related meetings with the divisions and PE channel as required.
  • Develop/maintain knowledge of PE market trends, competition and customers.
  • Make recommendations as necessary to improve service and expand local successes to new areas.
  • Identify market trends and new ways to improve customer satisfaction & loyalty; strengthen our market position and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Communicate our company vision and direction – both internally and to the customer.
  • Actively participate in the sales and marketing planning meetings to establish strategies, goals and objectives for each year.
  • Identify and communicate competitor activities and other industry activities that affect product management.
  • Identify and communicate product and/or product line opportunities or deficiencies.
  • Develop and implement best practices for establishing, building, and maintaining client relationships that positions the company as a provider of choice.
  • Identify untapped or underdeveloped market opportunities.
  • Assist in developing action plans and initiatives to each distinct market opportunity and actively update CRM with sales/margin data points for reporting progress by brand, channel, and location.
  • Monitor implementation and progress of initiatives and plans.
  • Establish processes and procedures to manage customers.
  • Coordinate product training with suppliers and associations.
  • Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs
