As a Major Accounts Private Equity District Manager at ADP, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities by driving strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives within Private Equity Firms and their portfolio companies. A key aspect of the role involves identifying and gaining access to new Private Equity Firms and effectively delivering ADP's unique value proposition. You will build relationships with these firms, with the expectation of generating leads through multiple funds into their portfolio companies, thereby building your personal brand within the private equity community.
