About The Position

Seeking an experienced Senior Placement Broker with a strong background in Private Equity and complex commercial insurance placements. This role requires a highly strategic and client-facing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has extensive experience handling middle-market to large-market accounts across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Private Equity due diligence, carrier negotiations, and placement strategy across all Property & Casualty lines. This individual will work closely with internal producers, PE firms, portfolio companies, and carrier partners to structure comprehensive insurance solutions for sophisticated clients.

Strong background in Private Equity and complex commercial insurance placements.
Highly strategic and client-facing professional.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Extensive experience handling middle-market to large-market accounts across multiple industries.
Deep expertise in Private Equity due diligence, carrier negotiations, and placement strategy across all Property & Casualty lines.
Experience with portfolio company integration and acquisition-related insurance reviews.
Existing carrier and wholesale market relationships.

Nice To Haves

Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, CIC, or RPLU.
Background working with national or large regional brokerage firms.

Responsibilities
