About the position
Access Holdings Management Company LLC is seeking outstanding candidates for its LEAD Program, which aims to cultivate best-in-class marketing and business development talent. This role offers the opportunity to learn and implement a proven sourcing and origination strategy, working closely with experienced executives and investment professionals. As part of the program, participants will be involved in Access Holdings' value creation initiatives, utilizing contemporary digital tools and technology. The role initially based in Baltimore, will involve working with portfolio executives and corporate development teams to design outreach strategies and digital campaigns. This program provides exposure to various areas of the Access Holdings ecosystem and offers long-term career opportunities in M&A, marketing, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Execute thorough market research to identify potential targets that meet the Zeus and Access investment criteria
- Design and execute digital marketing content and campaigns to generate business development opportunities
- Work directly with portfolio executives and corporate development teams to design outreach strategies
- Collaborate with senior investment professionals at Access to drive key value creation initiatives
- Develop a robust digital marketing skillset and become knowledgeable in digital sourcing and origination strategies
- Attend onboarding and training sessions to develop a strong knowledge and skillset in digital tools and capabilities
- Have direct exposure to various areas of the Access Holdings ecosystem and investment value creation strategies
- Accelerate career towards M&A, Marketing, and Sales opportunities within the ecosystem
- Conduct market research to identify potential targets that meet investment criteria
- Design and execute digital marketing content and campaigns to generate business development opportunities

Requirements
- Strong market research skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing content design and execution
- Knowledge of digital tools and technology
- Ability to work with portfolio executives and corporate development teams
- Familiarity with sourcing and origination strategies
- Experience in M&A, marketing, and sales
- Willingness to relocate to Baltimore, MD for the first year
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
