About The Position

The Associate will join a growing team, in their NYC office. This opportunity offers broad, hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle, with particular depth in deal execution, portfolio value creation, and M&A-driven platform building. Given the firm’s active pace of add-on activity across its platforms, Associates are exposed to an unusually high volume of live deal work relative to peers at larger firms.

  • Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record
  • Extensive financial modeling skills, including LBO and merger analysis
  • Strong work ethic and comfort operating in a high-ownership, entrepreneurial environment
  • Mature, professional candidate with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Genuine interest in consumer and industrial businesses; intellectual curiosity about how companies are built

  • Support senior investment professionals across sourcing, execution, and portfolio management.
  • Build and analyze detailed financial models, including LBO models and acquisition analyses.
  • Support and manage due diligence across multiple workstreams on live transactions.

  • Prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders; interface with bankers, consultants, and advisors.
  • Support platform companies through active add-on acquisition processes, from origination through close.
  • Analyze portfolio company performance and key operating metrics.
  • Participate in board meetings, management presentations, and strategy sessions.
  • Assist with capital structure optimization and debt and equity capital raising initiatives.
  • Conduct industry research and market mapping across consumer and industrial verticals.
  • Identify and evaluate new platform and add-on investment opportunities.
