About The Position
An outstanding, full-time opening has become available for a Private Equity Associate Attorney with 3-8 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions near the New York, NY area. Requirements
- 3-8 years’ experience in Private Equity
- JD required
- Peer law firms preferred
- NY Bar admission preferred (eligibility required)
- Experience with leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and venture capital transactions, exits and equity are a MUST
