Private Equity Associate

Access Holdings Management Company LLC is seeking an exceptional candidate to join their investment team as an Associate. The role involves conducting market and industry research, qualifying investment opportunities, and creating and maintaining a deal flow database. The Associate will also be responsible for preparing investment memos, financial models, and coordinating investment transactions. Monitoring the performance and risk profile of existing portfolio investments and supporting fundraising efforts are additional responsibilities of the role.

• Profile investment themes and approaches and take a leading role in due diligence and analysis
• Conduct market and industry research, while qualifying investment opportunities and providing weekly updates
• Create and maintain deal flow database by identifying potential targets and preparing company specific due diligence reports and analyses
• Prepare investment memos, term sheets, and letters of intent; present investment opportunities/findings
• Construct detailed financial models and returns analyses
• Coordinate the execution of investment transactions across all parties involved (i.e. due diligence providers, counsel, investors, portfolio company management, etc.)
• Monitor performance and risk profile of existing portfolio investments
• Support fundraising efforts by building investor relationships, responding to investor questions and other ad-hoc tasks.

• Exceptional candidate with experience in investment analysis and due diligence
• Proficient in conducting market and industry research
• Ability to qualify investment opportunities and provide regular updates
• Skilled in creating and maintaining a deal flow database
• Strong analytical skills and ability to construct detailed financial models
• Experience in coordinating investment transactions and working with various parties involved
• Knowledge of monitoring performance and risk profile of portfolio investments
• Ability to support fundraising efforts and build investor relationships
