About The Position

We’re looking for a warm, creative, experienced educator to work with three curious young learners—ages 7, 5, and 3.5—as their family builds a more personalized, home-centered approach to education. This is a full-time, long-term position with a family in Brentwood, Tennessee. You’ll create meaningful, hands-on learning, build strong relationships with each child, and take real ownership of an educational model that will continue to evolve. The family is looking for a trusted educational partner who is excited to grow with the children for years. The goal isn’t remediation or acceleration for its own sake—it’s to protect their curiosity while giving each child the challenge, support, and freedom to grow. Success looks like children who are genuinely excited to see their teacher and excited about what they get to learn together.

  • Monitor growth and adjust instruction accordingly, prioritizing engagement, confidence, curiosity, and genuine understanding alongside academic progress.
