Requirements

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days.
Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA).
Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pre-teen patients.
Experience with feeding tubes.
Experience with dogs in the home environment.

Responsibilities

Provide private duty nursing care in a school and home setting for a pre-teen patient.
Manage patient care with low acuity and a feeding tube.
Utilize electronic documentation via a tablet in the patient's home.
Collaborate with operators and clinicians for 24/7 local support.
Work towards achieving outstanding clinical outcomes.
