Avail Home Health of Washington State is seeking to hire a part-time or full-time Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We are a home health agency that believes in putting the needs of its patients first, values its staff, and operates with a strong set of core values. Founded by a nurse in 1981, Avail Home Health provides one-on-one skilled nursing care throughout Washington State to medically fragile patients in their homes, allowing them to live with their families in familiar surroundings instead of in a hospital or facility. We are pioneers in the home health nursing field. Today, supporting ventilator-dependent patients in their home has become almost commonplace, but the need for compassionate, skilled care for these medically fragile patients has not changed. Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
- Current CPR certification
- Detail-oriented
- Respectful of personal property and privacy

Responsibilities
- Providing skilled nursing care one-on-one with patients in their homes.
- Ensuring patients can be at home with their families, go to school, movies, camp, and more.
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate charting.
- Communicating effectively and respectfully with patients and their family members.
- Collaborating effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare providers.
