About The Position

Avail Home Health of Washington State is seeking to hire a part-time or full-time Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Requirements

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Providing skilled nursing care one-on-one with patients in their homes.
Ensuring patients can be at home with their families, go to school, movies, camp, and more.
Maintaining charting up-to-date and accurate.

Collaborating effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
