Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Providing skilled nursing care one-on-one with patients in their homes.
• Ensuring patients can remain at home with their families, attend school, go to movies, camp, and participate in other activities.
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate charting.
• Communicating effectively and respectfully with patients, family members, and other healthcare providers.
• Collaborating effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
