About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring PRN Registered Nurses (RN) and Private Duty Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults. This role offers maximum flexibility, extra income, or control over one's schedule with no minimum shifts required. Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (TN)
• Current CPR certification
• Pediatric home health experience
• Trach and/or ventilator experience

Nice To Haves

• Trach, Vent, GT/GB Experience

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled care as a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) or Private Duty Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Perform patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
• Follow physician orders and plan of care
• Educate families and caregivers
• Respond to changes in patient condition
