Private Duty is seeking a compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, one-on-one nursing care for a private duty client in Cottonwood. Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment
- Current CPR certification

- Ability to work independently while following a detailed plan of care

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-on-one nursing care in the client's home
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed within scope of practice
- Monitor patient condition and promptly report changes to the care team
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Perform routine nursing tasks such as vital signs, wound care, and basic treatments
- Educate the client and family on care routines and health management
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment at all times
