Private Duty Nurse (RN) – Concierge Home Health - Chapel Hill
About The Position
TheKey is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team and provide private pay in-home care for aging seniors. As a Registered Nurse with TheKey, you will offer personalized, 1:1 care in clients' homes, focusing on those with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and other cognitive impairments. The role involves providing cognitive and behavioral support, personal care, ensuring home safety, assisting with transportation, and offering companionship tailored to cognitive needs. TheKey is committed to changing the way the world ages by providing exceptional support to their RNs and a high quality of life for their clients.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional RN experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- Valid North Carolina Registered Nurse license
- TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
- Must comply with state background screening requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities
- Providing gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety for clients with cognitive impairments.
- Assisting with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience.
- Helping maintain a calm, familiar, and organized environment with basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping.
- Offering conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs.
