About The Position

Requirements

• Active RN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to deliver high-standard care independently with confidence, professionalism, and minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to dependability, patient privacy, and professional etiquette.
• Comfortable using basic digital tools and mobile apps for charting, scheduling, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation using our digital tools and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our care team.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and care management.
