Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
BLS required.
Experience in placing peripheral IV's, accessing ports and working with PICC lines required.
Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in a variety of situations.
Basic computer skills.
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Background screenings.
Registered Nurse (RN) must comply with state background screening requirements and must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to the dedicated client in their home.
Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans.
Provide skilled nursing services as prescribed under a client's plan of care that can be safely provided in the home, within your scope of practice.
Counsel clients and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
Meet all documentation requirements according to agency policy and procedure.
Coordinate services by participating in case conferences, case management, team meetings, and staff meetings as indicated.
Perform administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior.
