Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to senior patients with G-tube needs.
• Administer care in the patient's home setting.
• Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet patient needs.
• Complete electronic documentation via tablet in the patient's home.
