About The Position

Take control of your schedule, your clients, and your income with high-end private duty care. This role is for an Independent Contractor (1099) with a flexible schedule, offering weekly pay starting at $40/hour. Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a specialized branch of TheKey, connects experienced Registered Nurses and LPNs with discerning VIP clients needing personalized, one-on-one care in their homes. This position offers true 1:1 care, allowing nurses to focus all their expertise on one patient at a time, with no heavy patient loads. Opportunities include flexible 8-12 hour shifts, short 2-hour visits, per-diem gigs, or ongoing long-term cases.

Requirements

• Active LPN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Autonomy: Ability to work independently with confidence, professionalism, and minimal supervision.
• Punctuality & Reliability: Strong commitment to dependability and discretion.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with basic computer skills and digital documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.
