Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to join our growing team in Clearwater/Largo. Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencunbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Work with various patients across different shifts.
• Utilize electronic documentation via a tablet in each patient's home.
• Collaborate with operators and clinicians for 24/7 local support.
• Achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
