Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days).
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting.
• Administer trach care.
• Manage patients with G-tube.
• Work with young adult patients.
• Perform electronic documentation using a tablet provided in the patient's home.
• Collaborate with the care team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
