Family First Homecare, now part of Aveanna Healthcare, is a leading private duty nursing company seeking Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVNs) in Ankeny, Des Moines, Grimes, and West Des Moines. Requirements
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
