This specific case involves caring for an infant with G-tube, Trach, and Vent needs during night shifts.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days).
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Administer care to infants with G-tube, Trach, and Vent needs.
• Work night shifts (10:00 pm - 6:00 am).
• Utilize electronic documentation via a tablet provided in the patient's home.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Deliver care with compassion and empathy.
