About The Position

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide high-acuity private duty nursing care for a toddler case. Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days).
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to a toddler patient with high acuity needs including G-tube and Trach.
• Deliver care from a place of heartfelt compassion and empathy.
• Work towards achieving outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Utilize electronic documentation via a tablet in the patient's home.
