Requirements

Active Ohio RN license (unencumbered)
Minimum 1 year clinical experience (home care or critical care preferred)
Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
Current BLS/CPR certification and TB clearance
Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient mobility
Up-to-date vaccinations (COVID-19, Flu, Hep B)

Nice To Haves

Experience in Trach and Vent
Pediatric Care
Experience in pediatric, memory/dementia, and hospital-level care

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care for pediatric, memory/dementia, and complex care patients
Perform and manage Trach & Vent care, including airway and ventilator support
Monitor patient condition and respond to clinical changes appropriately
Assist with ADLs and patient mobility as needed
Implement infection control and patient safety protocols
Administer care per physician orders and clinical guidelines
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with care team, patients, and families
Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and clinical standards
Participate in ongoing training and skills development
