Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients.
• Administer care for patients with high acuity needs including trach, vent, and G/J tubes.
• Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic care.
• Utilize electronic documentation via a tablet in the patient's home.
