About The Position
Interim HealthCare is seeking dependable and compassionate Private Duty In-Home Caregivers to join their team in the Fond du Lac area. This role offers the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in their homes, assisting them to remain safe, comfortable, and independent. The position involves building genuine relationships with clients and offers flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older

- Previous caregiving experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Companionship and conversation
- Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Mobility, walking, and transfer assistance
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry and linen changes
- Medication reminders
- Transportation and errands when required by the assignment
- Providing supervision and support to help clients remain safely at home
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
