About The Position

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing, which involves working with one patient per shift rather than short visits to multiple patients. The role is seeking motivated RNs with experience in Pediatric Home Health to join the team in Colorado Springs & Surrounding areas. Requirements

  • Active RN License.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
  • Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
  • Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.

  • Higher end of pay is commensurate with experience and based on licensure, assignment, and availability
  • Sign-on Bonus: Full-Time - $2000.00. Paid at 90 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 30 hours a week in the prior 90 days
  • Sign-on Bonus: Part-Time - $1000.00. Paid at 90 days of employment. must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90 days
