About The Position
South Port Square is seeking a hospitality-driven professional to join their growing team as a Home Health Aide. This role works under the supervision of the care coordinator and performs various personal care and support services to meet resident needs. The Aide is responsible for observing clients, reporting and recording these observations, and documenting services provided. Assignments promote quality, continuity, and safety of services.
Requirements
- Current HHA certificate or CNA license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services provided
- Self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision
- Kind, reliable, and compassionate
