EPIC is expanding its private-duty home care presence in Maryland and is looking for a sales professional who wants more than a territory—they want to help build something from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to bring ownership of a new segment to a company with a 35-year track record of excellence in an adjacent healthcare market (group homes for individuals with disabilities). EPIC is new to private duty in this region—but we are not new to delivering high-quality care, operating compliantly, or scaling healthcare services. The mission is to build trusted referral relationships, educate partners on EPIC’s private-duty offering, convert referrals into long-term private-pay clients, and lay the foundation for scalable growth. This role is for someone who has said, “I could do this better if I didn’t have to fight the system.”
