About The Position

Join Our Extraordinary Team at Freedom Pointe at The Villages! This is a Private Duty - Companion position. Some clients are on campus, and some are off campus in their homes. Requirements

• Ability to read and follow care instructions and document services provided accurately.
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful toward residents and their unique needs.
• CPR Certification current or upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Experience preferred but not required —we’re happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assist with errands, shopping, light housekeeping (like laundry and tidying), pet care, transportation, and home organization.
