About The Position
Amada Senior Care is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide essential in-home support for seniors and veterans in Orange, Bridge City, Vidor, Mauriceville, West Orange, and surrounding Southeast Texas communities. Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience preferred but not required
- Experience with gait belts and Hoyer lifts is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Monitor client safety and well-being
- Support clients in maintaining independence and daily routines
