Requirements

Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow professionally and financially
Interest in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales
Recent College Graduates are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach
Consult with clients to understand their personal insurance and risk management needs
Present tailored solutions for high-value homes, autos, valuables, umbrella coverage, and more
Work closely with internal teams and carrier partners to deliver exceptional client experiences
Maintain professionalism and responsiveness throughout the sales process
Continue developing product and industry knowledge through training and mentorship
