The role of Private Client Relationship Manager (PCRM) is to deliver the PCRM agenda and closely collaborate with Sr PCRM and Direct to Consumer colleagues and marketing to accelerate the acquisition, engagement and relationship building to build lifetime consumer value with our most highly respected clients. The key responsibilities of this role are to recruit, engage, nurture and build advocacy with The Macallan’s most loyal and biggest brand fans. Through this, the PCRM will amplify the brand message in high value touch points and face to face engagement with private clients as well as to provide white glove service when such clients want to learn more and purchase our prestige and ultra-prestige expressions in the portfolio.
