About The Position

As the Private Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Private Wealth Advisor’s practice to ensure execution of the sales and service goals and to keep the advisor and practice in motion. You will provide subject matter expertise in various areas to offer solutions to complex client matters and provide oversight of the Client Service Associates (CSA) and other practice support staff to anticipate, facilitate, and advance client servicing, prospecting, and sales efforts for the practice(s) they support. A Private Client Relationship Manager drives exceptional client, prospect, and COI experiences while proactively strengthening relationships and supporting retention and growth. They establish efficient operating norms for the practice, execute the team’s value proposition, and collaborate closely with the Private Wealth Advisor and Marketing to build and implement business plans that expand the target market and increase share of wallet. Additionally, they ensure strong internal communication, lead routine business health and pipeline meetings, and identify opportunities to enhance processes and alignment across the team.

Requirements

  • Strong sales and service acumen.
  • Results oriented, working successfully as an individual and part of a team to ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
  • Credible and influential, instilling trust through self-confident interactions and in-depth financial and business acumen.
  • Agile and entrepreneurial, able to anticipate and deliver on the needs of a sophisticated, fast-paced business.
  • Ability to simultaneously balance a wide range of projects.
  • Collaborative, partnering seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Series 65 must be obtained within 60 days of hire date.
