About The Position

As a Private Client Operations Manager in our Private Client Services group, you will be an experienced leader with comprehensive knowledge of client operations ideally within the high-net-worth space. You will be responsible for leading team members located in offices across the country, serving as a mentor, coach, and contributor to the overall business. You will anticipate, facilitate, and advance operations through process improvements, defect resolution, and enhancements to workflows and team tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple business area stakeholders to drive related Client Operations and broad Private Client Services initiatives forward.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • At least 3 years in a people management position.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Takes initiative by identifying issues and opportunities and recommending solutions.
  • Exhibits the ability to influence others effectively.
  • Exercises sound judgment in resolving complex matters.
  • Shows intellectual curiosity and strong analytical skills in areas of high complexity.
  • Communicates effectively, both in writing and orally, with a diverse group of associates, senior business leaders, and individuals outside the organization.
  • Conveys management decisions and messages clearly.
  • Collaborates and maintains working relationships within and outside Client Operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Leads and facilitates various meetings effectively.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of policies, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrates a strong business acumen, contributing to improvements in processes, communication, leadership, and development.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and applying insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Know how to use AI tools such as Claude or Copilot to optimize work processes.
